		<description>I think your recipe is nice except for one thing... you really should be making your own dashi instead of using something like HonDashi...  it makes a big difference.

real dashi is only 3 ingredients:

water, bonito, kombu

there is nothing better than the real thing :)</description>

		<description>Hi Grace! I&#039;m not actually familiar with a steam oven so I wouldn&#039;t like to recommend it. This dish is quite sensitive to over cooking so I guess it&#039;s be better to cook it in a way you can really keep an eye on it ;-)</description>
