This easy and quick dish uses an apple to make the meat softer and more tender. You can find pork strips in any China Town (usually sold as frozen), or just buy regular pork and cut it thinly. It is a super healthy dish, low in fat and high in vitamins! When my husband is ill, I cook this for him as it’s easy to eat and is packed full of goodness.
3/4 apple grated
1 thumb of ginger grated
2 tbs soy sauce
Put the pork strips in a sealable plastic bag with a handful of flour, and shake the bag well to coat the strips completely.
Fry the pork, then add the other mixture and fry together. That’s it!! Serve with some greens and white rice.
