The Chinese name for this simple but tasty dish is Chinjao Rousu. It is full of vegetables and uses only sesame (which is very good for your skin!) so is very healthy and packed with vitamins.
1 green pepper (capsicum)
1 red pepper (capsicum)
1 can of sliced bamboo shoots
2 thumbs of grated ginger
1tbs Sake (cooking alcohol)
1tsp soy sauce
2tbs oyster sauce
4 tbs sake
1/2 tsp chicken stock (powdered)
1 tsp potato starch
Boil a pan of water. Throw the water from the can of bamboo shoots, then add the shoots to the boiling water. Bring to the boil again, then pour into a sieve, rinse and drain completely.
Hit the beef with the reverse of a knife to tenderize it slightly. Then trim it, place in a bowl with the 1tbs sake, a drop of sesame oil 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 thumb of grated ginger and mix well.
Slice the peppers. Then add all the ingredients for the sauce in a separate bowl.
Then heat a frying pan or wok and add a drop of sesame oil. First stir fry the beef on a high heat, then add the vegetables. Mix well, then add the sauce and fry for 1/2 minute tossing well. That’s it! Super easy
